Ben Wills: A Fitness Log - The Last 10% is the Last 80%

I moved from Austin, TX to Seattle, WA so I could be closer to gorgeous mountains for rock climbing and alpine mountaineering. Because some of this chances death, I would never want an accident to be exacerbated simply by a lack of physical fitness. This is my training log.

The Last 10% is the Last 80%

…and the first 90% is the warmup for the “real work.”

Ideation and testing is fast and easy. Implementation is slow.
